Got a problem with a product? Let’s make fixing it easy as!

Every product you purchase from us comes with what we call an “Easy As warranty”. Depending on the product, it will have at least a 12 month warranty and some of our items have a 2 year warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing and/or material faults or defects in the original product. Damage or faults occurring from fair wear and tear, improper use, failure to follow instructions, failure to follow care and maintenance instructions, accidental damage, commercial use, alterations, severe weather events, animals, insects and acts of God are not covered by warranty. An easy way to look at what’s covered and what is not, is if we have control over it then the warranty will cover it. e.g. If you have damaged something, or worn it out through extensive use, then this is not usually a warranty claim. If your stretcher has a faulty seam, or your torch doesn't turn on out of the box, it will be a warranty claim.

To make a claim please send an email to info@questcamping.co.nz along with photos of the issue, original invoice number and an explanation of where and what has gone wrong. Please include your contact details including a contact number. Our goal is to review and action all warranty claims within 1-2 business days. Once we have, we’ll get in contact with an update and ideas on how we can fix the problem.

Please note that tents and shelters are not designed to be up in extremely windy conditions. Our warranties, like all other camping suppliers, exclude damage caused by excessive wind damage, if it is too windy then please take your tent or shelter down.

For all warranty claims outside of New Zealand please contact the retailer you purchased the item from and they will be able to help you out.
