Where can I see your products in person? I'd like to touch and feel before purchasing.

We have an amazing group of retailer selling Quest products New Zealand wide. We love our customers supporting our retailers, so check out the Find a Dealer page of our website to find your closest one to pick up all your camping related supplies. We actively encourage our customers to ‘support local’.

Do you have a ‘Quest’ Store?

Sorry no, Gladiator Sports is the distributor for Quest in New Zealand and we only have a warehouse servicing our retailers and web orders. Please visit one of our amazing retailers to see our product in person.

Where do you ship to?

We’re pleased to offer shipping to most New Zealander’s from our Auckland warehouse, with next-day shipping. Freight will be calculated at checkout. Please see shipping policy for more details.

This excludes:

  • Kawau, Great Barrier, Waiheke, Stewart and The Chatham Islands
  • Please note we do NOT ship orders outside of New Zealand

Is there a warranty on Quest products?

Yes, New Zealand retail products are all covered under the Consumer Guarantees act and all Quest products come with a comprehensive warranty. The minimum warranty period is 12 months, some products even have a 24-month warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects in the original product, ensuring your peace of mind.

Please note that tents and shelters are not designed to be up in extremely windy conditions. Our warranties, like all other camping suppliers, exclude damage caused by excessive wind damage, if it is too windy then please take your tent or shelter down.

How do I submit a warranty return?

If you have a product that you think is a warranty claim, we ask that you get in touch with us as quickly as possible via email at info@questcamping.co.nz. Depending on the issue we will offer to repair the item, replace it, or offer a refund.

What happens if I change my mind?

If you wish to return any of the items in your order, we’ll happily offer a refund within 10 days of your purchase, provided the item is in as new condition, which means unopened packaging, unused, and all tags and labels are attached. You will be responsible for getting the item back to us in Auckland. Please note your refund will not include the freight to send it to you. Please contact us at info@questcamping.co.nz for further details. No items will be accepted back without prior notification.

Where do you ship to?

We’re pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $125 to most Australians from our Brisbane warehouse, with next-day shipping.

This covers:

  • Most of Queensland
  • Most of New South Wales
  • Australian Capital Territory
  • Greater Melbourne

For most regional areas in Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and Perth, we charge a flat fee of $19.99 per order.
If you're outside these regions, we'll calculate the shipping cost at checkout. For orders under $125, the delivery cost will also be shown during checkout.
